All about drops. . .

I have been thinking about

drops

for awhile now.

It all began with this wonderful blog post here.

So, I began counting my personal drops of awesome.
Today my drops go something like this:
6:10 - actually got out of bed when the alarm went off - AWESOME!
by 6:30 - Had breakfast made for my three teenagers (Instant Breakfast, Hard boiled Eggs and the banana bread I had the foresight to make the night before) - AWESOME! AWESOME! because that deserves TWO drops!
by 6:40 - had given my kids their morning doses of Essential Oils - AWESOME!
by 6:45 - had remembered to give MYSELF my morning doses of Essential Oils! - AWESOME!
by 7:00 - had dinner cooking in the Crock Pot - AWESOME!
by 7:35 - had myself ready for the day! - AWESOME!
by 7:45 - had completed the school drop off - AWESOME!
by 8:00 - had finished by first 16 oz. of water - AWESOME!
by 9:30 - had finished teaching a vocal lesson - AWESOME!
by 10:00 - had dropped off Essential Oils to the sick High School Senior so she could finish her day, called the school counselor and fixed the High Schools Freshman's GPA, made dentist appointments for all three kids and completed many other 'little' tasks that seem to take hours - AWESOME X 8!

There are so many awesome drops in my life!

Now I could focus on the fact that I didn't make it to the gym this morning, but instead I am going to focus on the fact I have stayed on track with my water drinking and healthy eating today! - AWESOME!

And why this blog?
Because these drops of awesome are made possible in part by the little Drops of Wellness I have incorporated in my life, and the life of my family.

Wellness is a state of living:
being
AWARE
of your diet, your exercise, the toxins you willingly and unwillingly take into your body, being informed about self-care and pro-active in your medical care.

Do I have all the answers?
no.
But I am learning, researching and finding amazing things that have made an incredible impact on my life and the lives of those around me.

this blog is about those things!

Please join me on this wellness journey!
Let's count the drops along the way!
