Why Coconut Oil?

Coconut Oil is a moisturizer, antibiotic, multivitamin, multi-nutrient, nourishing, anti-aging, anti-wrinkle and anti-oxidant. It melts at 76 degrees Fahrenheit, so it literally MELTS into your skin providing your skin with the nutrients it needs. It also has a high moisture retaining capacity, so when it is applied to provides significant improvement in skin hydration and water content. It contains mostly fats, so it is an excellent emollient. It nourishes the skin with these medium chain fatty-acids and provide direct energy to the mitrochondria in the skin cells. The mitochondria then uses this energy for repair and maintenance of the skin.

Why Beeswax?

Beeswax is a moisturizer, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-allergenic and a germicidal anti-oxidant. Beeswax locks in moisture, fosters cells and protects skin from damaging environmental factors. Softens skin and creates a long-lasting protective coating against the elements. Make sure to get wax from local bees!

Why Sweet Almond Oil?

Sweet Almond Oil is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin D Magnesium and Calcium. It also contains oleic and linoleic acids which promote healthy skin. It is a good source of keytones, which rebuild collagen. It is known for soothing skin rashes and irritations, providing relief for itchy and inflamed skin, lightening dark circles under the eyes, smoothing, softening and brightening the skin.

Why Shea Butter?

Shea Butter contains the high UV protectant caffeic acid, Vitamins A, E, and F and rich fats that moisturize without clogging pores.
