Butt Lift Part 1

I love my friend over at

I like to exercise, but I don't like to run.
Hate it in fact.
So, how do you get a good workout without running?

Lots of ways!
Yoga, Dance, Weight Lifting
just to name a few.

Some of my favorite workouts are her
BUTT LIFTS!

I actually combine the two of them to make an extreme workout - not for the faint of heart, I tell you!

And it takes FOREVER - 100 minutes to be exact. But I burn between 750-800 calories. 

TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Now, that is not a good place to start unless you are a certified Gym Rat.
And if you are, then you probably don't need workouts.

So here is a beginning one for you!


Remember - get up and move at least 20 minutes a day to oxygenate your body!
