How to Survive Thanksgiving with Drops of Wellness.




Tomorrow is 
Thanksgiving.

What can I post about a wellness life style that will circumvent the calories you will consume in a single meal?

Granted, that meal may last several hours if your family is anything like mine.

I can tell you that you could run a thousand miles. 

But the truth is:

One Big Meal isn't going to matter

 New concept.
I know. 
If your preoccupation with ingredients and calories is ruining your meal, your time with friends and your attitude about your wellness choices,

You Need To Count Your Drops.


Be grateful you can eat, 
that the food is in front of you.
Be grateful you are healthy and getting healthier all the time.
Be grateful you can give yourself permission to indulge every once and awhile.
Be grateful those you love have the same blessings.

My Advice:

If at any time you start to worry about calories,
or working out to counter balance the calories,

STOP IT.

Life is just too darn short. 

Savor it. 
And your dinner!
